What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on backend-focused Software Engineer role building production systems that power AI-enabled revenue workflows. You will:

• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of product requirements, including task break-down, delivery, testing, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Ship simple, elegant designs and high-quality, well-tested code that others can read and extend.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to turn feature specs into working products.
• Own features end-to-end — design, implementation, demoing, and supporting production use.
• Influence platform direction by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and architecture.
• Balance short-term business needs with long-term architectural vision and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking engineers who can take ambiguous problems to robust, production-grade solutions.

Must have:

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Fluency in an AI-forward SDLC — using LLMs/agentic systems safely and productively while maintaining production-grade quality.
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Go (or a comparable strongly-typed backend language)
  • Distributed systems, infrastructure, and scaling
  • LLM harnesses / agentic systems
  • Concurrent or asynchronous processing
• Strong fundamentals in software design principles (SOLID or equivalent) and judgment about when to apply them.
• High degree of autonomy; comfortable owning a feature from design to production with minimal hand-holding.
• Testing, monitoring, and reliability built into how you write code.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum ~2 years of relevant professional experience (as noted above).
