What You’ll Do

You will join a small, high-velocity engineering team building a product from 0 → 1. As a full-stack Software Engineer, you will own features end-to-end: design, implement, ship, monitor, and iterate. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and senior engineers to make technical decisions and help scale systems for rapid growth.

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using modern engineering practices
• Build and maintain frontend features that deliver high-quality user experiences
• Deploy, monitor, and iterate using Vercel and cloud best practices
• Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas and tune queries for scale
• Contribute to iOS experiences using SwiftUI where applicable
• Own features from specification to production and participate in code review, testing, and CI/CD
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive reliable fixes and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills
• Proven experience building backend applications (APIs, data modeling, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern frontend/backend frameworks
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization)
• Product-focused mindset with a passion for shipping high-quality software quickly
• Comfortable in a startup environment and able to take ownership of ambiguous problems

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SwiftUI or native iOS development
• Prior work deploying apps on Vercel or similar platforms and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience at an early-stage startup or working on 0→1 product launches
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, on-site role in New York City (Financial District). The team works in-office daily. The company will support interview travel and reasonable relocation assistance to help you move to New York if needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $130,000 - $200,000 per year
• Additional compensation: Bonus + Equity (details discussed during interview)
