The Opportunity

Our confidential client is an applied-AI and robotics company building software for autonomous factories. You'll join a small product engineering team where engineers own customer problems from the first conversation through shipped product. This role is ideal for early-career engineers who want broad responsibility, direct customer contact, and fast learning opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Own customer problems end-to-end: discovery, design, engineering and delivery
• Work directly with manufacturing users to understand operational challenges
• Build full-stack products using TypeScript, React, Node.js and Python
• Evaluate solution approaches, choose a path, and execute with autonomy
• Make technical decisions without waiting for detailed specifications
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and AI researchers while expanding your decision-making scope
• Balance delivery speed with quality engineering and strong product judgment

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Evidence you can solve difficult technical problems and finish what you start
• Software engineering experience via work, internships, research or substantial projects
• Strong product thinking and curiosity about how people use what you build
• Confidence communicating with customers, mentors and engineering colleagues

Desirable

• Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js or Python
• Startup, research lab or product engineering experience
• Open-source contributions, personal technical projects or research demonstrating initiative
