What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and ship full‑stack features across TypeScript frontends and Python services.
• Own features end-to-end in an event-sourced, real‑time architecture: design, implement, test, and operate.
• Treat security as part of the product—implement secure-by-design solutions and follow best practices for handling sensitive data.
• Collaborate with a small senior team on system design, code reviews, and production troubleshooting.
• Improve reliability and performance of databases and real‑time pipelines; write and maintain automated tests and monitoring.

What You’ll Bring

• A few years building production software, or exceptional projects/portfolio that demonstrate equivalent impact.
• Strong TypeScript or Python experience; comfortable shipping code in at least one of these languages.
• Familiarity with event-sourced or real‑time systems, and with database-driven applications (SQL/no‑SQL).
• High attention to detail and a responsibility mindset for product quality and security.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work in a compact, ownership-driven team.
