Position summary

Confidential Client is hiring an entry‑level Software Engineer (New Grad) to join an AI-focused engineering team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to build production software, collaborate across disciplines, and grow technically in an AI/software environment.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to design, implementation, and testing of backend or full‑stack systems that support AI/ML products
• Write clean, maintainable production code and participate in code reviews
• Debug, profile, and optimize services for reliability and performance
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to ship features end-to-end
• Help maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability for services
• Learn and apply software engineering best practices, including automated testing and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong programming ability in at least one language (examples: Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Familiarity with version control (git) and basic debugging/testing workflows
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively on small, cross-functional teams
• Eagerness to learn, iterate quickly, and take on new technical challenges

• Internship or project experience building real-world software systems
• Exposure to machine learning workflows, model serving, or data pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
