What You’ll Do
As a Software Engineer (New Grad) working remotely for our confidential client, you will join an engineering team to design, build, and maintain software features. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle: design, implement, test, and deploy.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate on system design discussions and help identify technical tradeoffs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Work with modern development tools (version control, CI/CD, issue trackers) and follow team processes.
- Continuously learn new technologies and apply software engineering best practices.
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
To be considered for this entry-level role, candidates should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
- Experience writing code in at least one modern programming language (for example: Python, Java, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively on a remote team.
- Authorization to work in the United States (confidential client is hiring within the U.S.).
Nice to Have
- Internship or project experience building production or near-production software.
- Experience with web back-end or front-end frameworks, RESTful APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, automated testing frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Open-source contributions or active personal projects demonstrating initiative.
