Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Software Engineer (New Grad) to join a fast-growing Software Development team in New York, NY. This is a full-time role for early-career engineers who want to build full-stack products, work directly with customers, and grow in a high-velocity, AI-enabled engineering environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain products and systems that power the core platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Participate in blueprinting, code reviews, and technical documentation for your team.
• Contribute across the stack—from front-end interfaces to server-side services—and help ship features end-to-end.
• Learn from and contribute to an engineering culture focused on craft, ownership, and rapid iteration.

What You’ll Need

• 0–1 years of professional software development experience (new grads welcome).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
• Curiosity about business context and user needs; ability to translate requirements into technical work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000 – $165,000 (listed to comply with applicable pay-transparency laws).
