What You’ll Do

As a Frontend Software Engineer for our Confidential Client, you’ll build modern, high-performance web applications used by enterprise customers. You will translate UI/UX requirements into scalable, maintainable frontend solutions and work closely with backend engineers, product, QA, and designers.

• Design and develop modern web applications using React, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Build reusable, testable UI components and a maintainable frontend architecture
• Implement responsive interfaces with HTML5, CSS3 and contemporary CSS frameworks
• Integrate with REST APIs and collaborate on API contracts with backend teams
• Implement application state management and efficient data handling
• Optimize for performance, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and scalability
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend defects and production issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives
• Contribute to frontend standards, tooling, and continuous improvement efforts

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years professional software engineering experience with significant frontend focus
• Strong hands-on experience with React and/or Angular
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and responsive design principles
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with application state management
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; willing to work onsite in Minnetonka, MN

• Node.js experience
• Experience with microservices or API-first architectures
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with modern UI libraries or design systems
• Prior work on large enterprise applications
