What You'll Do

  • Build agent-driven workflows, self-service tools, and internal applications that let non-engineering teams (music ops, support, legal, finance, content ops) do more without adding headcount.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party SaaS and tooling — make pragmatic buy vs. build decisions.
  • Contribute to and empower stakeholders on a self-service app deployment platform.
  • Design and implement new patterns for internal APIs, authentication, and MCPs that extend beyond a Django monolith.
  • Integrate and scale customer experience systems built around third-party platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
  • Partner closely with cross-functional operations teams to identify high-impact automation and tooling opportunities.

What You'll Need

Must-haves

  • 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience building, maintaining, and supporting internal tooling or systems that streamline engineering or business operations.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, 0→1 environment and owning ambiguous technical problems.
  • Eagerness to learn and share engineering best practices for agentic/automated workflows.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with agent frameworks and observability/eval tooling (examples: LangGraph, LangSmith, Braintrust).
  • Familiarity with support tooling, CRM systems, or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zendesk, other CX systems).
  • Prior work with Django-based systems or migrating functionality beyond a monolith.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
