What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and services.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards.
- Help analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective software solutions.
- Collaborate with team members during sprint planning, code reviews, and design discussions.
- Investigate and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to application functionality and support procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that improve code quality, automation, performance, and reliability.
- Learn Confidential Client products, platforms, development standards, and applicable industry regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of basic database concepts and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Embraces an AI-First mentality for modern software development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with .NET / C# and ASP.NET.
- Experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD practices.
Success Measures (First 12 Months)
- Deliver assigned development stories and defect fixes on schedule.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Confidential Client engineering tools, processes, and coding standards.
- Contribute positively to sprint commitments and team objectives.
- Produce high-quality, well-tested code requiring minimal rework.
- Build strong working relationships across Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Assurance teams.

Work Location & Schedule
- This role is based in Sharon, PA (authoritative location for this posting). The selected candidate will be expected to work onsite from the Sharon, PA or Jacksonville, FL office 3 days per week. Applicants should be able to commute to the assigned office as required.
