The Opportunity

Confidential Client is hiring a Software Engineer I (Full Stack) to join their Product Development team in Atlanta, GA. This is an early-career, full-time role focused on building scalable, user-facing web applications and backend services using modern web technologies, C#, and Salesforce Apex. You'll work closely with product, QA, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality features.

What You’ll Do

• Develop scalable front-end and back-end components for web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (SASS or similar).
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with existing services to create low-latency, highly available systems.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues using root-cause analysis.
• Provide development support for debugging and defect resolution as part of assigned projects.
• Estimate level of effort and time for assigned tasks and communicate progress with the team.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience developing web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS (SASS), REST, and AJAX.
• 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce and Apex development.
• Experience or familiarity with C# and server-side development.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to analyze existing code, diagnose issues, and propose fixes.
• Experience working in Agile environments and estimating work items.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively on a team.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and professional ethics regarding confidential information.

Nice to Have

• Experience building highly available, low-latency systems at scale.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or containerization.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or software product environment.

Work Location & Schedule

• This position is hybrid based in Atlanta, GA. Team members who live within commuting distance of the Atlanta office are expected to work in a hybrid capacity with regular in-office presence as determined by the team.
• All team members must reside and perform their work within the United States.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Primarily a sedentary role requiring frequent computer use and virtual/telephone communication.
• Team members are expected to maintain an ergonomically appropriate remote workspace when working off-site.
