What You’ll Do
You’ll join an engineering team building large-scale, customer-facing systems. Working with a mentor and experienced engineers, you will contribute to production code, learn system behavior at scale, and take increasing ownership over time.
- Develop, maintain, and ship production-ready software with guidance from your mentor and team
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and source control workflows
- Learn how the systems you touch operate at scale and contribute to operational reliability
- Apply feedback and coaching to grow your technical skills and problem-solving approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (product, design, operations) to solve real-world problems for consumers, merchants, and delivery partners
Qualifications
We’re looking for students who will graduate between Fall 2026 and Summer 2027 and who meet the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, graduating between Fall 2026 and Summer 2027
- At least two prior software engineering internships or equivalent practical experience; no more than two years of full-time professional experience
- Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language such as Python, Java, or Kotlin
- Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures
- Experience working with databases and SQL
- Familiarity with version control and writing unit tests
Nice to Have
- Curiosity about responsibly using AI-powered developer tools and evaluating their outputs
- Experience improving the efficiency, scalability, or stability of software systems
- Interest in developing, releasing, and operating large-scale web applications
- Familiarity with monitoring, live deployments, or continuous integration
- Experience solving real-time technology problems
- Understanding of service-oriented architecture, API development, or systems design
Location & Work Model
This role is associated with Manhattan, NY. The position supports remote (telecommute) work options; final work location and remote arrangements will be determined by the hiring team and are subject to local employment rules.

Compensation & Benefits
The national base salary range for this position within the United States is:
- $107,400 — $158,000 USD (base salary; final offer localized by work location and determined by job-related factors)
Compensation may also include equity grants and other components.
