What You’ll Do

This position is an entry-level Software Engineer role that combines a paid training program with direct deployment to enterprise or government clients. You will move from hands-on training into client-facing work and be expected to contribute on Day One.

  • Complete a 12-week paid, team-based, hands-on training program
  • Build and improve applications using client languages, frameworks, and tools
  • Write clean, efficient, well-organized object-oriented code (Java, C#, or similar)
  • Troubleshoot defects, provide technical support, and help maintain production systems
  • Participate in and learn from code reviews
  • Turn business requirements into technical specifications and support testing and deployments
  • Continue professional development through ongoing training and certifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field
  • At least 1 year (12 months) of technical work experience
  • Working knowledge of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases/SQL, and an object-oriented language (Java, C#, etc.)
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on W-2 (no C2C arrangements)

Preferred / Distinguishing Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication with teammates and stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
  • Openness to relocating for a client placement
  • Veterans and transitioning service members are strongly encouraged to apply

  • Base salary: $52,000–$57,000 per year
