What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Software Engineer to join their team in Highland Heights, OH. In this role you will contribute to software development efforts that support aerospace component manufacturing products and services.

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software systems used in aerospace applications
• Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and participate in design reviews
• Follow established engineering, safety, and quality processes for regulated manufacturing environments
• Troubleshoot issues, support verification and validation activities, and help improve development practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field — required
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or project experience related to software development or embedded systems (helpful but not required)
• Familiarity with engineering documentation, testing, and quality processes is a plus
