What You’ll Do

• Coordinate installation and deployment of software systems.
• Develop and/or direct software system testing, validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Design, develop, and customize EPM/ARCS system components, including metadata structures, data forms, business rules, and automated integrations using Data Management and Oracle Fusion interfaces.
• Build and optimize application logic to support financial reconciliation, reporting, and planning functionality.
• Perform environment migrations and manage user/group security.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work to enhance system stability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience in software development or system implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM/ARCS, Data Management, and Oracle Fusion interfaces.
• Experience with software testing/validation, programming, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with environment migrations, user/group security administration, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication.

Preferred / Helpful Experience

• Prior work implementing or customizing financial planning, reconciliation, or reporting systems.
• Experience integrating data flows and automations across enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (technical and non-technical).

Additional Details

• Employment type: Full-time.
• Location: Green Bay, WI (onsite or as required by the client).
• Relocation: May be contingent on client needs; frequency and scope depend on client requirements.
• Travel: No national or international travel is required for this role.
