About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Software Engineers into a 12-month Technology Graduate Program (two 6-month rotations). This program provides hands-on experience across big data, AI, SRE, DevOps and security engineering, plus exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. The program blends technical training, mentorship, and practical product work that supports markets including insurance, healthcare and government.

What You’ll Do

You will join cross-functional teams and work under senior engineering guidance to deliver production software and learn engineering best practices.

• Write and review portions of specifications for system components of simple complexity
• Implement code following development processes and coding best practices
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior engineers
• Work in multiple development environments and engage with stakeholders
• Fix simple bugs and apply test-driven development techniques
• Help gather and analyze requirements for software projects
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and stay current with new technologies
• Learn and apply data modeling and data manipulation approaches

Requirements

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria below.

• Applicants must have a graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027 to be considered
• Completed or near-completion of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency or coursework in development languages such as Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, and familiarity with Windows and Linux environments; knowledge of .NET is a plus
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Understanding of data manipulation languages and data modeling principles
• Knowledge of or desire to learn test-driven development
• Willingness to learn new processes, platforms (AWS/Azure), and tools used by engineering teams

Compensation & Benefits

• U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600 per year. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
• This role is Full Time and is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
