What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a self-directed, highly technical Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Agency, Marketing & Contact Center Case & Task Product Support team. You will design, implement, and support solutions that enable agents and customer support associates to deliver excellent service via Salesforce and related web services.

• Implement and maintain Salesforce-based solutions and integrations to support case and task workflows
• Develop and support Apex, Salesforce Lightning (Aura & LWC), and Java-based applications
• Build and improve RESTful web services and APIs
• Apply UX best practices to improve product usability and user interactions
• Own stories/features end-to-end from design through testing, implementation, and support
• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, showcases, retrospectives)
• Use modular/service design to enable continuous delivery and reliable deployments
• Write clear technical documentation and collaborate closely with product and support teams

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Experience designing, developing, modifying, and testing web-based applications using languages and technologies such as JavaScript, Java, HTML, SQL, YAML, XML, JSON, Python, Spring / Spring Boot
• Demonstrated experience developing RESTful Web Services
• Proven ability to deliver solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
• Experience practicing agile methodologies (Scrum) and working in continuous integration environments
• Strong communication skills and experience with team accountability and difficult conversations
• Ability to map technical solutions to business outcomes and provide alternative approaches

Additional / Preferred Skills

• Salesforce development experience: Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Bulk API, batch jobs, security/sharing model
• Experience with AWS: Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, WAF, CloudWatch
• Familiarity with developer tools and IDEs (VS Code, Force.com, Illuminated Cloud) and AI-assisted tooling (GitHub Copilot)
• Automation and testing frameworks such as Cucumber or Playwright
• Experience with CI/CD and GitLab/GitOps pipelines
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Potential starting salary range: $85,500 - $123,000 (starting salary based on skills, background, and experience; high end limited to applicants with significant relevant experience)
• Potential annual incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
