About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring a Software Engineer (Full Stack & Mobile) to build and scale products that automate workflows and improve customer experience across essential services. You will own features end-to-end — from mobile UI to backend services — and help shape architecture and engineering best practices while moving fast in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute rapidly to the core platform that automates processes and improves operational efficiency for customers
• Design, develop, and own new features across mobile and backend systems
• Propose and implement improvements to software architecture and design patterns
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD to accelerate safe delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help attract top engineering talent
• Take significant ownership of projects and deliver at pace

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in Java, C#, Go, or Python
• 2+ years experience with mobile frameworks/languages such as Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C/C++
• Experience shipping scalable mobile applications to the app store
• Strong system design skills and understanding of microservices / event-driven distributed systems
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native services
• Comfortable working with or around machine learning and data-driven systems
• Startup mindset: ownership, bias for action, ability to solve problems with little guidance
• Willingness to work in-person at the San Francisco office 4–5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing event-driven architectures and CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to balance speed with quality in a fast-paced environment
• Prior work at a high-growth product company or startup

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $230,000 - $270,000 (base). Total compensation includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Exact pay is determined by experience, skills, location, and other factors.
