Role overview

We are seeking a results-driven Software Engineer to join a Confidential Client in the Information Technology & Services industry. This role focuses on delivering end-to-end software development for production systems, working across the software development lifecycle with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers. The position is based in Florida (FL), United States.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, maintainable software components and services.
• Own features from design through deployment and support, collaborating across the SDLC.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, architectural decisions, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a software engineer or developer working on production applications.
• Demonstrated ability to ship end-to-end software features.
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical experience debugging production issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred (nice-to-have)

• Experience with modern development practices (automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, or containerization.
• Experience improving system reliability and performance in production environments.
