What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer / DevOps professional (contract, full-time) to support a TestRail migration and on-site hosting effort and to help manage containerized systems and automation tooling.

• Help analyze hardware and hosting requirements and lead the migration of TestRail from a third‑party cloud to on‑site hosting in Phoenix, AZ (remote work possible).
• Manage and operate Docker containers and images for application and test infrastructure.
• Support MySQL database setup, configuration, and basic tuning for the migrated environment.
• Work with automation tooling (Selenium) to ensure test runs and automation integrate with the new on‑site TestRail instance.
• Provide system management and operational support during migration and initial on‑premise rollout.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and stakeholders to document procedures and validate functionality after migration.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years experience using Selenium (automation tooling).
• Experience with Docker containerization and managing images/registries.
• Experience setting up and administering MySQL databases.
• Demonstrated experience with system management or operations for application hosting.
• Eligible and willing to be hired directly as a W2 employee in the United States (no C2C). Third‑party agencies need not apply.

• Prior experience migrating TestRail or similar test management platforms.
• Experience analyzing hardware requirements for on‑premise hosting.
• Familiarity with basic backup and recovery practices for application databases.
