What You’ll Do
Confidential Client (Artificial Intelligence) is hiring a Software Engineer to help design, build, and operate scalable SaaS products used by customers worldwide. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable software that drives customer value — with an AI-first mindset to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
- Build and deliver high-quality full‑stack features and APIs using modern frameworks and cloud services.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems and integrations.
- Translate product and customer needs into well‑engineered solutions and measurable outcomes.
- Improve delivery speed and code quality by incorporating GenAI-enabled tooling and modern development practices.
- Own operational excellence: troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support.
- Contribute to cloud & DevOps improvements (CI/CD, containerization, deployments, automation).
- Collaborate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring to raise engineering standards.
Location & Schedule
- Location: Denver, CO (hybrid). Expectation: in-office collaboration at least 3 days per week.
- This role is based in the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. or able to obtain authorization.
What You’ll Bring (Must‑Haves)
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Experience building full‑stack applications, APIs, and web solutions using C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, and/or Node.js.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and collaborative development (Git, code reviews).
- An AI‑first mindset and familiarity with GenAI tools or approaches.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills; track record of delivering high‑quality solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), infrastructure automation.
- Hands‑on experience integrating AI/GenAI into products or developer workflows.
- Background with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native architectures.
- Experience supporting high‑availability SaaS platforms, observability tools, or security initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay transparency for Colorado applicants: base salary range is $130,000 to $150,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other qualifications. This role is eligible for a company bonus plan and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and other programs). Benefits subject to eligibility.
