What You’ll Do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and support enterprise applications.
• Lead technical initiatives and coordinate development efforts across teams and vendors.
• Own solution design and application architecture for assigned systems.
• Plan and estimate work effort, drive milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, tests, and deployment artifacts.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers; promote best practices in testing and debugging.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and stability of supported applications.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering and enterprise application development experience.
• Proven ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, and support production applications.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and coordinating cross-functional development efforts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with testing and debugging complex systems.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders and senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

• Hands-on experience with system integrations and application architecture.
• Strong documentation and technical-communication skills.
• Prior experience mentoring team members and estimating project effort for delivery planning.
