What You’ll Do

This is a backend‑focused Full Stack Software Engineer role on a small, high-performing engineering team building an AI-driven SaaS platform that helps brands improve accessibility and meet regulatory standards. You’ll work across the stack to scale core systems, improve observability, and ship customer-facing features.

• Build and maintain backend systems that power accessibility analysis and automated remediation workflows.
• Develop and strengthen AI-driven systems and agentic/automation architecture.
• Design and evolve infrastructure to support new product capabilities and integrations.
• Deliver features across the full stack when needed, collaborating with product and design.
• Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and observability for distributed services.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in production systems; own incidents and postmortems.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript.
• Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with browser automation or headless browser tools (Playwright preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating on system design decisions.
• Strong debugging, testing, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred / nice-to-have:

• Prior experience building AI-driven pipelines or systems that orchestrate agentic workflows.
• Experience improving observability (tracing, metrics, logs) in distributed systems.
• Familiarity with modern frontend stacks to support occasional full-stack work.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: USD $100,000 – $130,000 per year.
