Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Full‑Time Software Engineer (Associate level) to join their product development team. You will contribute to design, implementation, and delivery of software features that support business goals and customer needs. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver high‑quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Support testing efforts and help maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate level experience or equivalent (internships, projects, or 0–2 years professional experience) in software development.
• Practical experience writing code in at least one programming language (examples: JavaScript, Python, Java, C# — relevant languages will be discussed during screening).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on web or cloud‑based applications.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD tooling.
• Practical exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL) and basic system design.
• Interest in learning and growing within a product‑driven engineering organization.

This position is based in Boardman, OR (Boardman, OR, USA). The Confidential Client’s specific onsite/remote/hybrid policy will be shared during the interview process.
