What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Software Engineer to join their product engineering team. As a Software Engineer, you will work on building and maintaining reliable software that supports care delivery for older adults and improves clinical and operational workflows.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain production-quality software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and clinical stakeholders to deliver features that impact patient care.
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Write and maintain automated tests and documentation to ensure quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, profile, and resolve performance and reliability issues in production systems.
- Help improve engineering processes, observability, and deployment practices.
What We’re Looking For
We seek candidates who can deliver pragmatic, well-tested software and who communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
- Proven experience building production software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating with product and clinical teams to translate real-world needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with software testing, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, observability tooling, or data pipelines.
- Background in full-stack development or experience across frontend and backend systems.
