What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure software components based on business requirements.
  • Implement features following SDLC principles and agile practices (Lean/Agile/XP).
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality-gate processes.
  • Apply software and product security, scalability, documentation, refactoring, and testing best practices.
  • Take ownership of assigned work items and deliver reliably with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new functionality and automation into existing solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve defects; write clean, maintainable code and unit/integration tests.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (Bachelor’s or higher).
  • 0–3 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java and C/C++.
  • Solid computer science fundamentals: object‑oriented design, algorithms, data structures, operating systems, and complexity analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile development, CI/CD practices, and automated testing.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with systems programming or low-level software.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, debugging tools, and profilers.
  • Practical experience with product security practices and scalable architectures.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and infrastructure as code.
