What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions that improve software quality and delivery speed.
• Build, extend, and own automated test frameworks and test suites for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and help maintain reliable, fast-feedback automation in build systems.
• Collaborate closely with product engineers, QA, and product managers to define test strategy and acceptance criteria.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and debug issues found in automation and production; provide clear, actionable bug reports.
• Participate in code reviews, improve testability of systems, and write clear technical documentation for automation work.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven software engineering experience with a focus on automation (unit, integration, or test automation).
• Comfortable writing, reading, and reviewing code; experience with one or more languages used for automation (for example: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Familiarity with test frameworks and automation tools, and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment, and committed to delivering high-quality software.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of performance or load testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience building or maintaining test tooling, reporting, or dashboards.
