What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and backend services.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement clean, reusable code.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices; integrate with internal and external systems.
• Participate in code reviews, unit/integration testing, and continuous improvement of quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues; monitor and optimize performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git) to streamline releases and builds.
• Create and keep up-to-date technical documentation and runbooks.
• Stay current with new technologies and propose improvements to architecture and processes.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming experience in one or more languages: Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience with object-oriented design principles, data structures, and common software patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience using Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and deploying services to cloud environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Location & Compensation

• Role location: Hybrid — Atlanta, GA (onsite expectation for part of the workweek).
• Compensation range (U.S.): $56,000–$84,000 per year. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, and office location within the U.S.
