What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is looking for an entry-level Software Engineer (Associate) to join an Agile delivery team building production software and data solutions. You will work with product owners, architects, and engineers to design, implement, test, and deploy features that support operations, customer experience, and logistics.

• Drive implementation of new features and enhancements from design through delivery
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver robust solutions
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
• Build and maintain automated tests (unit and integration) and incorporate code scanning
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery of value

What We’re Looking For

This is an early-career role (0–2 years). We welcome applicants who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow technical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent engineering field
• 0–2 years of internship or professional experience preferred
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and related frameworks (React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions)
• Experience or strong interest in automated testing, CI/CD, and code quality practices
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating across functions
• Core competencies: service-oriented mindset, curiosity, collaboration, adaptability, and a results focus

Estimated base salary: $73,593 per year (estimated)
