- Debug and triage complex production issues across distributed, event-driven systems.
- Translate messy or undocumented operational processes into robust technical solutions and reusable product patterns.
- Capture learnings from deployments and feed them back into product and platform improvements to enable repeatable, scalable delivery.
- Own production outcomes — monitor agent performance, resolve incidents, and improve system observability and reliability.
- Build strong relationships across customer organizations (operators, engineers, and execs) to ensure delivered solutions solve the underlying business problems.

- Comfortable working in ambiguous, partially documented environments and iterating quickly as requirements change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-facing experience or the ability to work on-site with customers is strongly preferred.
Nice-to-Have (but not required)
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI in production environments.
- Prior work automating operational workflows (scheduling, data entry, routing, or logistics).
- Experience designing for security and reliability in customer-facing integrations.
