What You’ll Do

You will deploy and operate production AI agents and workflows inside complex, business-critical supply chain environments. This is a hands-on role working at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer operations.

• Lead customer deployments from discovery through production: design, prototype, build, and run AI agents and automated workflows.
• Embed with customer teams (operators, engineers, and executives) to translate messy operational requirements into durable technical solutions.
• Integrate agents with existing systems, APIs, authentication systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Debug and operate systems in production, identify failure modes, and implement reliability and monitoring improvements.
• Shape agent behavior, application logic, data flows, evaluation criteria, and security patterns for production deployments.
• Convert field learnings into reusable agents, integrations, evals, and product requirements to improve the core platform.

Who You Are

• 1+ years building and owning production systems in high-growth startups or similarly demanding environments.
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, authentication, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to debug complex production systems under time pressure.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with incomplete documentation and evolving requirements.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with customers or on-site deployments is a plus.

Location & Work Model

• Location: New York, NY (onsite)
• Work model: Full-time, onsite (expected 5 days per week). Travel to customer sites may be required for deployments and onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated salary range: $135,000–$180,000 per year (final pay depends on experience, skills, and other factors).
