What You’ll Do

• Program and implement full‑stack software solutions to improve the efficiency, quality, and speed of product testing and engineering operations for a manufacturing environment.
• Develop front-end and back-end components, including database design, visual/UI design, process design, and production-ready code.
• Work with cross-functional user teams (engineering, test labs, product owners) to design and deliver intuitive UI experiences and practical tools that solve end‑user problems.
• Collaborate with IT and other developers on software development best practices, security, testing, and long‑term maintainability.
• Prepare clear technical specifications, documentation, and logic diagrams.
• Design, code, test, troubleshoot, debug, and document software components; write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Build prototypes, simulations, and proofs-of-concept to translate strategy into technical vision.
• Monitor and plan for performance, usage, and scalability needs.
• Use Microsoft/Office 365 tools as part of day-to-day collaboration.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and contribute positively to team workflows.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education / full‑stack development experience.
• 0–3 years of practical experience applying full‑stack development skills.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Basic front-end development and UI/UX collaboration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to tackle a wide range of technical challenges.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and follow development standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) or similar.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, version control (Git), and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, lab, or engineering test environment.
• Exposure to cloud services or containerization (AWS, Azure, Docker).
• Automated testing and test-driven development experience.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Primarily on-site or hybrid work depending on the Confidential Client’s site policies.
• May require standing, walking, sitting, kneeling, and reaching as part of on-site duties.
• This role supports engineering and lab teams and may involve occasional collaboration in shop or lab settings.
