What You’ll Do

This is an early-career, entry-level Software Engineer role. You’ll be aligned with a team based on your skills and interests and contribute to customer-facing products and engineering systems. Typical responsibilities include:

• Design, build, test, and ship scalable features across frontend, backend, full-stack, or mobile stacks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, UX specialists, and other engineers to translate requirements into working software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in peer code reviews and design discussions.
• Integrate with and design RESTful APIs and work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Adopt Agile practices (Scrum), contribute to sprint planning, and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Learn from experienced engineers through mentorship, feedback, and hands-on guidance.

Qualifications

We seek candidates who are early in their professional journey and eager to learn. Required and preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 0–2 years of industry experience, or equivalent via internships, coursework, or personal projects.
• Foundational understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience or coursework in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++).
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with modern frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, database concepts (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), version control (Git), and CI tools (Jenkins, Travis).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset, and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of AI concepts (including Generative AI) is a plus.
