What You’ll Do
This entry-level Software Engineer role is ideal for new graduates and early-career engineers who want hands-on product work, strong mentorship, and opportunities to learn full product lifecycle skills across web and mobile platforms.
- Build and ship customer-facing features and supporting systems that reach real users.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and mentorship.
Focus Areas
This position can be aligned to multiple technical tracks depending on skills and interest:
- Frontend: build responsive web applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Work closely with UX and design.
- Backend: implement web services using Java, Python, or Node.js; design APIs and data access with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB; use frameworks like Spring, Django, or Express.
- Full stack: contribute across frontend and backend, help shape application and API architecture, and participate on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Mobile: develop Android or iOS apps using React Native, Flutter, Swift, Java, or Kotlin and integrate them with cloud APIs.
What We’re Looking For
We seek candidates who are early in their careers, curious about product engineering, and ready to learn on the job.
- Completed a degree-seeking program in Computer Science or a related technical field within the last 12 months.
- Less than 12 months of relevant professional work experience (internships, co-ops, and coursework are considered).
- Foundational understanding of Agile development, object-oriented design, and core programming principles.
- Coursework, internships, personal projects, or academic experience in one or more languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Awareness of Generative AI concepts and willingness to apply AI tools responsibly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
