What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, entry-level Software Development Career Training Program run by a Confidential Client. The program blends technical and professional classroom instruction with internship placement support to prepare you for an early-career role in software and IT.

  • Participate in in-depth technical courses and professional skills workshops
  • Complete applied projects and instructor-led labs in application development and data analysis
  • Receive coaching on interviewing, resume building, networking and workplace communication
  • Enter an internship placement phase with support from our talent placement team
  • Attend Monday–Friday classes and internship assignments as scheduled during the program

Who We’re Looking For

You should apply if you meet the basic eligibility and are ready to commit to an intensive training schedule.

  • High school graduate or GED recipient
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program (one year or less)
  • Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree
  • Willing to complete application screening and any required onboarding steps
