What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Software Developer with Confidential Client, you will join cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deliver software solutions. This role emphasizes learning, hands-on development, and collaboration using modern engineering practices and AI-enabled workflows.

• Develop and maintain features across front-end, back-end, or full-stack solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies; write, test, and deliver production-quality code.
• Apply emerging technologies (generative AI, cloud platforms, automation, DevOps) as appropriate for projects.
• Build and integrate APIs and service components to enable secure, reliable system interoperability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve performance across application and system components.
• Work with databases and data models to support app functionality and basic analytics.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, validating outputs through code review and testing.
• Document code, designs, and processes to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Foundational experience through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
• Experience or coursework with one or more languages: Java, C#, .NET, Python, C++, or JavaScript; solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Foundational experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with REST APIs and integration concepts.
• Understanding of SDLC fundamentals and basic testing practices.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts or hybrid/multi-cloud environments (coursework or projects welcome).
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written/verbal communication.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and ability to work in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
• Ability to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.

Compensation & Application Window

Confidential Client provides the following reasonable estimate for this role: $58,000 - $95,700 per year. Compensation offered will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and level.
