Position overview
Confidential Client is hiring students and new graduates across multiple engineering and software tracks for a structured graduate program in Fort Collins, CO. This program places early-career engineers into roles across software, firmware, electrical, mechanical, systems, security, mobile, UX, data science, and validation teams. Many roles focus on product and solution work that supports hardware and software offerings.
What you’ll do
- Join a cohort-style graduate program and contribute to real product and services work from day one.
- Work on cross-functional engineering projects that span software, firmware, hardware integration, and cloud services.
- Design, prototype, test, and validate features using modern development tools and engineering practices.
- Participate in agile teams, code reviews, design reviews, and system-level integration activities.
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, improve reliability, and automate workflows.
- Present technical findings to peers and leaders and support customer-facing technical tasks when needed.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking students and recent graduates with up to 24 months of relevant professional experience who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, collaboration skills, and a desire to learn. Candidates must be able to obtain work authorization in the US without employer sponsorship.

Education & required experience
- Has completed or is completing a university degree (bachelor’s or equivalent).
- Degree must be completed prior to the role start date.
- No more than 24 months of prior relevant professional experience (excluding internships, TA, research, or military service).
- No more than 12 months since graduation from a university program.
- Must be able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future.

Compensation & benefits
- Base pay range for US candidates: $72,600 to $108,950 annually. Additional pay may include bonus and/or equity. Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
