What You’ll Do

As a Software Analyst on project teams, you will help design, build, and maintain web and enterprise applications that support business needs. You will work with technical teams and business partners to translate requirements into solutions, deliver fixes, and support applications in production.

• Participate as a member of a project team on a variety of development projects
• Work with team members and business partners to determine project requirements and enhancements based on business and user needs
• Develop applications and creative solutions based on project requirements
• Apply bug fixes and enhancements to existing solutions
• Implement and support applications post deployment
• Rapidly evaluate bugs and apply hot fixes to resolve issues
• Research and propose new development technologies and approaches

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1+ years of related work experience or internship(s), preferred
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools and frameworks, preferred
• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Full stack web development (HTML5, CSS3, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL)
• Common design patterns (MVC)
• RESTful APIs (.NET)
• JavaScript libraries (jQuery, Kendo UI)
• Relational database design (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Cloud development experience (Azure)
• Responsive website design (Bootstrap)
• Modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB)
