What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an SMS Treasury Management Advisor based in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on developing new treasury management business, expanding existing client relationships, and delivering treasury services and solutions across the division.
Estimated salary: $107,543 per year (estimated).
- Support the Treasury Management Advisor Manager across the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, proposal and close.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective treasury clients through independent outreach and partner-supported calls.
- Deliver consultative treasury solutions focused on liquidity and cash management for clients with complex, multi-entity, or multinational needs.
- Develop marketing and client service programs; assist in design and rollout of new treasury services.
- Train and present to internal partners and external audiences (Relationship Managers, clients, industry groups).
- Represent Confidential Client in regional treasury and industry forums.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treasury products, industry trends, competitive landscape and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Need
- 1+ years of related experience in the financial industry, branch operations, treasury support, or a similar area.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and other commercial banking products and services.
- Basic knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance obligations and industry best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
