Role Overview
This entry-level Site Digital IT Manager role (2027 grads) supports a confidential client’s manufacturing and distribution sites across the USA. You’ll help ensure IT and OT applications, plant networks, and site infrastructure are resilient, secure, and aligned to operational priorities. This role combines hands-on technical ownership (IT/OT, networking, application management, cybersecurity) with leadership and change-management responsibilities on the plant floor.
- Location: positions will be conducted at one of our client’s plant locations across the USA — candidates should be open to working anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do
- Lead integration of digital technologies into the site digital master plan, prioritizing investments that deliver operational value.
- Drive IT/OT operational excellence: ensure high availability of critical applications, perform incident and problem management, and lead change implementations with minimal operational disruption.
- Support manufacturing systems and network operations — coordinate application management, site infrastructure upgrades, and resilience planning.
- Develop and execute site cybersecurity practices: assist with threat identification, risk mitigation, endpoint and network security, and incident response at the plant level.
- Act as the local change agent: align stakeholders, manage vendor/partner relationships, and support continuous improvement initiatives that modernize manufacturing and logistics.
- Apply ITIL and project management principles to deliver technology projects on time and within scope.
- Promote security awareness and compliance across site teams.
Qualifications
- Graduating Spring or Summer 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience or coursework in Manufacturing IT, industrial systems, or OT-related technologies is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of IT Operations: incident management, change management, and problem management practices.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts — network operations, application management, and system resilience.
- Awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals and ability to support site-level security programs and compliance efforts.
- Strong leadership potential, comfortable working in a fast-moving, start-up-like environment on site.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to work across functions and with external partners.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
Compensation & Additional Details
- Starting pay / salary range: $85,000 - $122,200 / year (range provided by the confidential client; actual offer may vary based on location, degree, credentials, and relevant experience).
- Total rewards may include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits. Specifics will be shared during the hiring process.
