Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a SharePoint Developer to support mission-focused SharePoint/Teams operations at a secure customer site in Arlington, VA. This is an onsite, full-time position that emphasizes content organization, SharePoint/Teams configuration, and maintaining usability across multiple channels. Candidates must hold an active Secret security clearance and be able to work onsite 5 days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Enhance, optimize, and reorganize SharePoint and Teams channels and sites to improve structure, usability, and performance.
- Perform accurate data entry and content organization across multiple SharePoint sites and channels.
- Implement SharePoint updates, configurations, and structural improvements to meet mission requirements.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend SharePoint best practices.
- Support day-to-day content maintenance and respond to requests from customer teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support secure mission operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting or developing SharePoint solutions (on-premises or Microsoft 365).
- Ability to work closely with customer teams in a highly secure environment (SCIF).
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- Onsite presence required in Arlington, VA (5 days/week).

- Salary band: $59,986 — $85,693
- Level 2 — Bachelor’s + 2 years relevant experience OR Master’s + 0 years OR High School Diploma + 6 years relevant experience.
- Salary band: $74,155 — $105,936
- Level 3 — Bachelor’s + 5 years relevant experience OR Master’s + 3 years OR PhD/JD + 0 years OR High School Diploma + 9 years relevant experience.
- Salary band: $95,881 — $136,972
The role also lists an anticipated salary range of $59,986 — $85,000 for initial consideration; final offer will reflect level, skills, and internal pay structures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Front-end development experience within Government Microsoft 365 (Gov365) environments.
- Experience designing intuitive and visually effective SharePoint pages, layouts, or components.
- Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- This role supports operations inside a SCIF and requires strict adherence to security protocols.
