Role summary

Confidential Client is hiring a ServiceNow Deployment — Experienced Associate to join an IT-focused Cloud Engineering practice in Strathmoor Manor, KY. This full-time role supports cloud infrastructure and ServiceNow-related deployments to ensure availability, performance and reliable operations for client engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement secure IT systems that support business operations and improve performance.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to enable resilient, available services for clients.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems and ServiceNow deployments to reduce downtime.
• Apply industry best practices for cloud operations and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve client challenges and deliver solutions.
• Gather and analyze operational data to identify patterns, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Build commercial awareness by understanding clients’ business needs and operational context.
• Communicate clearly, actively listen, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working with cloud services, infrastructure, or ServiceNow deployments.
• Demonstrated ability to use cloud-based service management tools.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Analytical mindset with an ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Adaptable and able to work with diverse clients and team members.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Degree or coursework in Analytics/Data Science, AI/Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, IT/Information Systems, Business/Management, Project or Technology Management, Operations/Supply Chain, or Risk Management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP), or IT monitoring/troubleshooting tools.
• Commercial or consulting experience supporting client-facing engagements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $63,000 — $140,000 per year (actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location; subject to applicable employment laws).
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
• Typical benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings (401k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave. Specific benefits will be provided by the hiring organization.
