Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a ServiceNow Deployment — Experienced Associate to join their Platform Engineering & Architecture team in Chicago, IL. This full-time role focuses on designing, implementing, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure and IT systems to ensure availability, performance, and reliability for client engagements. Travel up to 80% may be required.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement secure IT systems and cloud architectures that support business operations and optimize performance.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and availability for clients.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Apply industry best practices for cloud operations, infrastructure management, and ServiceNow-related deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Gather and analyze technical and business information from multiple sources to identify patterns and insights.
• Build commercial awareness by understanding clients’ business needs and how solutions provide value.
• Communicate clearly and listen actively to foster effective teamwork and client relationships.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with cloud-based service management tools and familiarity with cloud operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to diverse client environments.

Preferred / Differentiators

• Degree or coursework in Analytics/Data Science, AI/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Project/Technology Management, Business Administration, Operations/Supply Chain, Design/Multimedia, or Risk Management.
• Experience or interest in ServiceNow deployments and platform engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data to produce actionable insights.
• Commercial awareness and experience contributing to client-facing projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build a professional brand and take ownership of assignment deliverables.

Travel

• Up to 80% travel may be required for client engagements and deployments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,000 - $140,000 (actual compensation depends on experience, skills, qualifications, and location).
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
