What You’ll Do

This Service Product Manager role supports the service-product lifecycle for field-deployed analytical and water-measurement systems. You will work cross-functionally to define, develop, and launch service offerings that improve product serviceability, supportability, and market fit.

• Administer and manage the service product portfolio in information systems to support global deployments and lifecycle updates
• Produce periodic BI-driven reports and materials for service sales, operations, and continuous quality improvement
• Develop project specifications and plans for new service products and for service elements of new hardware products
• Manage development and launch activities for service products and programs — create support, sales, marketing, and delivery materials and processes
• Conduct market research and document market/serviceability requirements; help develop business cases for new service offerings and product features
• Provide input and guidance for service marketing programs, content, and campaign effectiveness analysis
• Deploy and deliver field-based training as needed to support rollout and adoption
• Travel approximately 10%–15% domestically or internationally for global collaboration and deployments

What We’re Looking For

We seek a candidate with an engineering mindset, strong communication skills, and experience bridging technical, service, and marketing functions.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience with data analysis or business analysis and producing BI-driven reports
• Experience deploying and supporting technology-based services, products, or programs (including web-based and networked service applications)
• Experience developing and deploying marketing materials and sales enablement content for service offerings
• Comfortable working in global, matrixed teams across time zones and cultures
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Technical aptitude for training and supporting computer, network, and web-based service solutions
• Creative skills for developing service marketing communications and enablement materials
• Ability to travel as required (10%–15%)

Location note: this is a remote-friendly role; candidates must be located within a 2-hour commute of Billerica, MA or Columbus, OH.
