Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a ServiceNow Deployment — Experienced Associate to join a Cloud Engineering practice supporting cloud infrastructure, platform operations, and client-facing deployments. This role focuses on designing and operating secure IT systems, monitoring cloud services, troubleshooting issues, and applying industry best practices to ensure high availability and performance.


What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure IT systems that support business operations and optimize performance.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and cloud-based services to ensure seamless operations and availability for clients.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in cloud environments to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
  • Apply industry-leading practices for cloud operations, infrastructure-as-code, and service management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client challenges and deliver quality technical solutions.
  • Gather and analyze operational data from multiple sources to identify patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build commercial awareness by understanding client business needs and how technical solutions create value.
  • Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and actively listen to team members and clients to foster effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent demonstrated experience).
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in IT, cloud engineering, systems administration, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with cloud infrastructure and cloud-based service management tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work in team-based client engagements.

Preferred / Helpful Experience

  • Degree or coursework in one or more of: Analytics / Data Science, AI / Robotics, Computer Science / Information Systems, Engineering, Project/Technology Management, Operations/Supply Chain, Risk Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform deployments, cloud monitoring tools, or infrastructure-as-code tooling.
  • Ability to apply analytical thinking to operational metrics and incident data.
  • Adaptability to diverse client environments and shifting priorities.
  • Interest in building a professional brand and growing technical and commercial skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $63,000 — $140,000 per year. Actual pay within this range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and in accordance with applicable employment laws.
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus (per client policy).
  • Typical benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement savings (401k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave. Specific benefits and eligibility are provided by the client.
