Service Desk Analyst, Entry-Level

What You’ll Do
This role supports employees across a distributed professional-services organization as a primary point of contact for technical issues. You will:
- Respond to technical support requests by phone, ticket, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues using diagnostic and remote support tools
- Provide local on-site support and remote assistance across multiple locations
- Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment
- Support commonly used business applications, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, communications, and resolutions in the service desk system
- Prioritize, assign, and escalate support requests appropriately by urgency and complexity
- Manage and track hardware assets to maintain accurate inventory and lifecycle data
- Create and maintain knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and technical documentation
- Provide end-user guidance and basic training on common tools and workflows
What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)
- 2–3 years of experience in IT, service desk support, systems administration, or related technical support roles
- Education or training in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and other business technology
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace (or similar)
- Familiarity with service desk/ticketing systems and remote-assistance/diagnostic tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to users with varying technical backgrounds
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Ability to travel regionally ~1–2 times per month

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field
- Relevant technical certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.)
- Experience supporting a multi-office or geographically distributed organization
- Experience with hardware asset management and lifecycle tracking
- Experience developing technical documentation or knowledge-base content
- Experience supporting multifunction and large-format printers, copiers, and specialized office equipment
- Experience coordinating escalations across IT functional teams and providing technical training to end users
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $32.70—$35.10 USD (as provided by the confidential client)

- Compensation will be based on location, experience, and skills
Work Location & Travel
- Primary studio/location: Seattle, WA (local in-person support expected)
- Confidential client follows a four-day in-office model with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays
- Regional travel 1–2 times per month to support other offices is required
