What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking experienced software engineers to join an engineering team building production web and cloud software. In this role you will:

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, maintainable software features and services
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to define and deliver user-facing functionality
• Write and maintain automated tests and participate in code reviews to ensure high quality
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance and reliability
• Contribute to roadmap planning, technical design, and system documentation

What We’re Looking For

We want engineers who are pragmatic, quality-focused, and able to work independently as part of a small team.

• 1+ years of professional software development experience (building, shipping, and supporting production software)
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering: data structures, algorithms, version control, and testing
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and communicating technical trade-offs clearly
• Comfortable writing clean, maintainable code and reviewing others’ work
• Passion for learning and improving systems and processes

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with web back-end or full-stack development
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, database design, and automated testing practices
• Previous work in agile/product-driven teams or early-stage product environments
