What You’ll Do

This Senior Software Engineer role will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and APIs. You will act as a technical leader within the engineering team—shaping architecture, driving engineering best practices, improving production reliability, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. This is a hands-on position focused on full-stack development with emphasis on .NET backend APIs and Angular frontends.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications, services, and REST APIs (ASP.NET Core).
• Build and maintain integrations with SQL Server databases, internal services, and third‑party systems.
• Develop and enhance Angular (TypeScript) web applications using modern frontend patterns, reusable components, routing, and forms.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions across frontend, backend, data access, and integration layers.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth/OIDC, JWT claims, role/permission checks).
• Implement resilient service integration patterns: retries, timeouts, structured error handling, and graceful failure handling.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment readiness, and DevOps practices.
• Improve production reliability using structured logging, correlation IDs, metrics, and distributed tracing.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor engineering teammates.
• Document technical designs, API contracts, and system architecture.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering production-quality software and APIs (enterprise or SaaS environments).
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core and creating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience building Angular applications using TypeScript and modern frontend tooling and patterns.
• Experience designing and querying SQL Server databases; familiarity with data access patterns and ORMs.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization standards (OAuth/OIDC, JWT).
• Experience contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex defects and production incidents.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with product managers, architects, QA, and stakeholders.

• Prior experience in enterprise integration scenarios and microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with observability tools and practices (structured logging, metrics, tracing).
• Experience with cloud platforms and managed database services.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical design reviews.
• Experience with secure coding practices and configuration management.
