- Follow DevOps practices — support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes for integration code and configs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: story grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Review low-level designs and implementation plans; schedule and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve file errors, data integrity issues, and integration outages; communicate status and remediation plans to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to modernize EDI processes, increase automation, and improve security and compliance posture.

- 5+ years of software engineering or EDI/integration experience (or combination of experience and education).
- Hands-on experience with GoAnywhere MFT or similar managed file transfer solutions.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSMS, T-SQL, and database troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of EDI standards and document types (X12, EDIFACT, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and support tasks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling, source control (Git), and DevOps practices.
