What You’ll Do
The Senior Software Engineer (Commercial Technologies) will provide technical leadership and deliver high-quality software solutions that support commercial operations for our confidential client in the healthcare & medical distribution industry.
- Provide technical leadership and act as a hands‑on technical lead for commercial technology initiatives
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable software solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, cross-functional engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements and delivery plans
- Mentor and coach engineers; lead code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Contribute to system architecture, design discussions, and technical roadmaps
- Support release planning, incident response, and continuous improvement of delivery processes
What We’re Looking For
We seek an experienced software engineer who combines strong engineering fundamentals with proven leadership in delivering commercial or enterprise software.
- Senior-level software engineering experience (typically 5+ years)
- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership or serving as a technical lead
- Strong ability to design systems and solve complex problems
- Proven track record delivering production software and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on quality: testing, code reviews, and maintainability
Preferred (Nice-to-have)
- Experience in healthcare, medical distribution, or other regulated industries
- Prior experience working closely with commercial/product teams and stakeholders
Location & Work Authorization
This role is based in Boardman, OR. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
